Check Ledtronics in Torrance, CA. They might have them.

Superbright has a few appropriate LED bulbs for 6v but the complete selection that Classic Cars LED have has no peer. Unless you are planning to drive to the store to pick them up, I cannot fathom a reason not to do business with them. They are very helpful; you can call them if you like or they will quickly respond to emails.

I just converted my external bulbs to LED (except the headlights) and looked through the website of the company Mr. Lima suggested while shopping / researching. They do in fact have pretty much everything you'd need. I actually ended up going with a company off of eBay that was based in China (aren't they all) that had 6V bulbs that were extremely bright (brighter, per their specs, than the ones Clasisic car LED had). The only issue I had initially was non-flashing / poor flashing turn signals (even with electronic flasher) until I installed a set C U Layer tailights which created the required resistance to make evertything work correctly. The only other minor thing I see is, the 6V electrical system (and more specifically the mechanical regulator / generator combination) doesn't put out a clean, smooth supply of power and at low RPM / generator ouptut the LEDs pulse rapidly although you have to look twice to notice it. The condition goes away completely the moment the RPM is anywhere above ~700 RPM.
