Um No. Unless you forgot the decimal point. Start at 0.35ml for 2 strokes. and go up to maybe 0.6 ml gradually testing running.

Robert.

The output varies by tempertature and altitude, .35 is on the low side try .45. I set my Solexs a .6 on the S90 and 912. But I am at sea level and its usually cool here.

Yes, forgot the decimal. I’m at .45 currently. Also running on a super 90. Living in between the corn fields of Indiana.

0.45 or slightly less is correct for summertime. Up to 0.6 is OK for winter which is when most speedsters are in hibernation. Accelerator pump volume however will not affect running at 3000 rpm and will not usually result in popping from the carbs. More of a flat spot on initial pedal movement. Once you are at partial throttle the actuator spring is already compressed and the actuation arm has already closed the pump diaphragm.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.

I never knew that David. Every day is a Day at School ! Ref accelerator pump output settings, do you really need to do a Summer & Winter setting? Also as each injector nozzle is obviously fed from the pump, any difference in output would indicate a blockage. I'm not a Solex guy as you know, what are those nozzles at the top of each throat? They seem to be unique to the Solex 40 P 11
