SC in Ohio and C of A ?

I'm curious if anyone has had an inperson look at the candy apple red SC. The website shows a CofA that is different from others I've seen. Comments please.

Hello Fred,
I have an early CoA for my car from the previous owner with a letter dated 2002 that is similar.
The major difference is in the words "Certificate of Authenticity", a different font.
The signature at the bottom appears to be the same.

Schwab signatures are generally 1992. That is a pretty poor scan; I would want to see it in much higher resolution before purchasing.
