Purchased from Ets. Sonauto, Paris c/o Bendix International, 144 Champs-Elysees, Paris 8.
Car end up in Southern California during mid to late '60s.

I'm also looking for info on original owner of 1957 A coupe 101031, Mr William H. Witten, 496th Fighter Intercept Squadron USAF, or any information about it.

I would think you best method to find people would be through military records and death records. Mr. Witten was probably in his mid-twenties and an officer. This car cost about half of what a starter house cost. If he was 23 in 1957 he would be 84 years old. al zim

There was a Chester J. Lincoln in Lancaster, PA in the 1940 census listed as 30 years old. Born in 1910, this guy, if the right one (or not) was 52 when the car was bought. This census record is from Ancestry.com.
