Washer fluid Cap

#1 Post by Jim Haas »

I have a 1962B T6 Coupe
I have purchased a complete set of parts except a cap for the new washer fluid bottle. Can anyone help with supplying a cap? I am told it is not currently available except maybe at a swap meet.

Thanks

https://www.aasesales.com/products/h5c-b52-3i-102726 Also Stoddard if they are not out? http://www.stoddard.com/91162816700.html An oddity for the 62 year is the tube goes directly into the body of the bottle, not through the cap as the later B and C do. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=44288&hilit=T6+washer+bottle I actually have a 62 type in my 65 C. When I bought the car washer reservoir was missing and I had my daughter buy me a used one from AASE sales as a Birthday present. She bought an early T6 one. Works so good enough for the girls I dance with.

BT6 (1962-3) original washer reservoir and cap. Seems very different from the US version.

I suppose that is a RHD car which looks more like a T5 under the hood.

Jim,

I recently had the same problem and got a washer bottle and associated hardware from Adam @ 356 Devotion @ the Lit Meet. He's listed in our vendor section. Good luck.

Sorry for the typo in the previous post. I meant washer bottle cap and associated hardware.
