Car is a 55 Speedster, late dec 55 build with a 1600 engine. I need a muffler, new or used. What will fit? Any recommendations?

Only an 'A' muffler will fit--it's 30" wide; The B/C/muffler is 33" wide and won't fit the chassis underside besides the exit nipple
spacing would be wrong.

I can't say for certain as I haven't tried… but I suspect a sport muffler will fit too. Pipes might be a tad too far apart for the indented space on the body though… don't know.
