A few years ago there was a vender that was selling new replacement field coils for both 6v and 12v generators. I bought 2 sets of the 6v ones, and have used them. I've looked at the last couple of Lit Meets and have not been able to find him again. I believe he was from Canada so maybe someone up there knows how to find him. I need a few more sets for my next batch of generator restorations. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Bosh Generator Field Coils
I just Googled "356 Porsche generator" on eBay and found BRNparts selling the parts I believe you are looking for.

Re: Bosh Generator Field Coils
From my experience the BRN kit looks to be a good deal. The field coils shown appear to be new - they should be -- and the armature looks to be rebuilt, not new, and now core to return. However, those parts are just the beginning in properly rebuilding a generator.
