Isn't this the standard plug used on BMW motorcycles? I have purchased both the plug and the (female) socket at the local BMW MC dealer formerly in Walnut Creek CA. But its been a few years.

If you ever make a dash into a wall hanging, it is a good way to get power into the dash!

The plug conforms to DIN BA12 which has been modernized to ISO 4165 (or DIN 4165) but ISO 4165 calls for 12 to 24 volts.
It's still used on BMW motorcycles and you can find accessories by googling "BMW Accessory Plug" or "Powerlet." There are USB adapters but I can't guarantee they all work on 6 volt input.

Those Hella trouble lights seem to be rare and valuable. A relatively common version is:
