1963 Porsche 356B Coupe - circuit #1 elec problem

My 356B coupe fuse/circuit 1 lights (brake lights, turn signals, backup light, etc) were all working and then they were not.
Naturally, I assumed replacing the #1 fuse would be the answer, but alas, I was wrong (again); So, my next guess is that wherever that circuit is grounded isn't working, can anyone help point me in the right direction for this trouble-shooting challenge? Thanks, Ken Brown, kbrown70@earthlink.net, 949-294-3061 (cell).

This elec issue has been resolved - thanks for the assistance. :D

There are brass jumper strips on the back of the fuse holder assembly. The electrical contact between the back and the front is by an expanded rivet head. Use a voltmeter and determine if the brass jumper side of the fuse (top?) is at 6 volts or something substantially less with the circuits you list energized.
