Very sad but even a little more so due to his young age. I am very sorry for his family.

I had the pleasure of talking with Jeff about cars over email and phone. I'm still in shock. RIP Jeff, you were a true gentleman.

It is my understanding that in addition to all of his work with various Porsche clubs and events he also did missionary work. So he will be missed by many, that is truth.

Delt with Jeff on selling 2 of my cars. Nice, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. May you rest in peace Jeff.

I think I met Jeff at one of the many Dana Point Concours I attended though not sure, didn't really know him but certainly remember him around here. RIP, Jeff, and may God bless your wife and kids, you were taken away way too soon, you will be missed.

In addition to his 356 work, Jeff was a past and current President of the 912 Registry. I met him in '14, at the 912 Registry Rendezvous, in Yosemite, driving the Champagne Yellow C above, and...leading the "spirited group drive", as usual. Never having met him before, as I stuck out my hand to shake his, he said, " Oh no", came around the sign in table he was running, and hugged me like his long lost brother...

If you think replacing #3 sparkplug in a 616 engine is hard, try replacing a sparkplug like Jeff, in a car club,... truly one of one! Jeff always said the cars were fascinating, but the people, priceless.

Happy Trails, Jeff,

Please keep his family in your Prayers...
Mike
