Does a full flow oil filter add or detract from the market value of an otherwise unmolested, numbers matching car? How important is it?

Wouldn't affect market value at all. They can easily be removed if desired. As far as importance, the added protection is nearly priceless.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....

Obviously, I agree with Wes regarding the added protection, and the Pre Mat part can be removed with absolutely zero visible evidence it was ever there. Not a hole drilled anywhere, no tin work, nothing.

Have Ron's full flow on our '63 Cab. Only change needed here was to the electronic tachometer. If you have Euro heat, need to specify that if using PreMat's system.

+1, to Wes, & Ron, from a 5 decade aircraft aircooled opposed engine overhauler. Absolutely, a technical improvement!Ron LaDow wrote:Obviously, I agree with Wes regarding the added protection, and the Pre Mat part can be removed with absolutely zero visible evidence it was ever there.
