Curt:
Just read the President's Letter in the Sep/Oct issue. Wow, that thoughtful letter was an inspiration to all! Thanks for your thoughts!!

Too often the image of leadership is the pyramid with the leader on the top (pinnacle). The real position of a leader is the opposite. One who sees his/her responsibility as supporting all those above when the pyramid is upside down. That image comes to mind when I explain that the first time I saw Curt he was under the hood of a friend's cabriolet correcting some apparent engine issues. It took a while to realize why the face was familiar even though I'd never met Curt before. More and more I find members like Curt and grow to love this group for their friendship and sharing more so than the cars. You can't leave a Holiday gathering without being invited somewhere by other members.
I second your opinion!!

Two thumbs up on the article! I too was impressed, and like the message of "finishing well".
