12 Volt Relay

#1 Post by Al Cole »

We are nearing the end of the restoration of my old beater ('62 S90 Cabrio) and can't locate a 12V relay for the fogs. Is it possible to fit the guts of a new relay into the old 6V relay case. Obviously, we are trying to retain a stock look. Any ideas/help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, AL

I believe this relay hides under the cover of the fuse box so it is likely never to be seen. Early 911's used basically the same wiring as the 356 if you get lucky at a wrecking ward or adam wright.
