What is the "normale" heat level on the rear drum/bearing on my 62 356 1600s?
On a 30 km trip on highway 120 km/80 km normale roads my rear drum gets 45 deg/110 Fahrenheit

Hard to say what is normal, but 110F does not sound high. If you had a brake shoe dragging it would get much hotter, I would think ...

Does the car have any 'drag-feeling' when on level surface--a dragging brake shoe? Jack up the front and rear end to feel any shoe contact to the drums when cold. As long as you can rotate the wheel(s) freely, there shouldn't be any trouble, but after dep-ressing the pedal. is there any change
like sticking shoes?
Then take a drive to see if there's any change per above; Then do the jack procedure again for any changes on all the wheels per above, again. BTW, have the brakes been bled properly?
