You should have seen them jump starting it with a 12 Volt jumper. Hopefully all the lights still work

That is amazing! They don't make enough money to own a 6V optima and 6V charger to charge it with all the antique cars they sell?

Every 1500 car I've seen had slotted wheels. Slotted wheels were on the mid-'51 Le Mans coupes, and they appeared on the subsequent 1500 production cars in the 2nd half of '51. It's possible some came without, but everything points to this being correct. The hubcaps should be plain though.

James.....10960 was a 1300.........pic here with 15" wheels when I drove it to the Louisville Holiday in the 1980s.

10266, a split with a 1500 came with slotted wheels. They are listed on the COA as well....
