Wow, looks great! The time frame seems short. 2 1/2 years may be near record time for restoration. Maybe you can share more details about the process.

i wonder what the average amateur (me) restoration time is ?
I started out thinking that one year was very reasonable..
I am now a candidate for a full 3 1/4 years to completion..
I never understood what a giant puzzle it is to put one of these back together again...

It took me five years to build Da Spoodster, but I had two little kids which has a wonderful tendency of making you forget about anything farther than 3 feet from you. But I think 5 years is about the average if you take a total basket case, and steadily work on it.
