Protecting your paint

#1 Post by Robert Thiemrodt »

Has anyone ever used ceramic pro on their car? The video's of it are pretty amazing. I just wasn't sure how it would react to stage 1 paint of the older cars??? With no clear coat.

Works well on catalyzed urethane even if it's single stage. I did try c2v3 Gtechniq on on my older acrylic paint on the 64 and it didn't seem to do much for long term.

I read up on ceramic pro, I'd call it BS. They talk of 9H hardness, not really such a thing. It sounds like a lot of hype. It is a wax/snake oil I am sure. I think a $12 wax would make more sense.
