Porsche Tune Up data/Service for Saftey Monthly diagram

Would someone be able to assist me to source a copy of the attached Service schedule/Tune up data sheet that was in a past copy of the 356 Registry magazine - unfortunately I do not know the date of the magazine.

I had copied the schedule from the magazine, but it is difficult to read. It is a very comprehensive guide and I think it would be very useful, if only i could read it!

Does anybody know where I can source a full size copy of the same? I have looked on Charlie Whites website, but was unable to locate the same guide. A copy of the schedule is attached below, I have also tried enlarging the image but it loses image quality.
