Driving my 356 in Scottsdale, Again!

#1 Post by Charlie White »

Some know that I had a stroke nearly 16 months ago. Since than I
have not been able to legally drive my 356! Last week, I got clearance
from my Doctor, and TODAY, the Arizona Drivers Licensing folks issued me
a drivers license! Whooooooopeeee! Pictures coming when I get on the
road again in some scenic spots here around Scottsdale! Just had to tell
somebody!

Thanks for all the nice comments!!

To continue driving your 356 (required content), take the time to access
or have your doctor access your "stroke risk"! I'd rather have open heart
surgery than go through a stroke again! And I've already had open heart
surgery twice! It took 8 very difficult months to start to get straight which
included hospitalization, two weeks in a rehab center, and 8 months of
out patient counseling. The hardest part was dealing with the depression!
Sorry to bore you with this, but this is something you need to pay attention
to!

Great to hear that you've fully recovered and will be driving the 356 again. It has to feel so good being behind the wheel again!
