Can someone help me. I went to turn my heater knob a (which worked in the cold spring time) and now it just spins. I can't even figure out how to remove it to check it, or where to look for the problem.
No doubt a broken c clip...a worn gear will often crack the clip...a fairly easy fix...heater knob should only be a couple of turns counter clockwise for hear...stop when you feel resistance...either way...do not force it..
