From Dublin with love

At 4th of August 1963, my 356B was received at Volkswagen distributors ltd. Long Mile Road, Dublin. The speedometer showed 25 miles.

The 1st Inspection without charge was Carried out on 9-3-63 at 360 miles. The service book does not show any stamp, but it says something like: Allud or Alhed. Can anyone tell me what it says? I know my car was eventually delivered to Glendale, Californa.

In the service booklets, there are often the first pages missing (naturally).
But what was the intervall?
In my service booklet from 5.62, the (1) delivery certificate stil exist. The (2) Acceptance Certificate is still in the booklet, but following is missing:

(3) Green tag
(4) Yellow tag
(5) Yellow tag
(6) Green tag
(7) Yellow tag
(8) Red tag

Can anyone tell me what intervalls the missing tags are?
