Gordon,
It looks to me like good news for the club, but can those of us not familiar with the jargon get a summary and what it means?

So this means it's finished, done, kaput,...over for good?
The whole thing was a bummer from the beginning so if this is the real end, then as in the words of the wise old sage Forrest Gump:
"Thaat's gooud,.....One less thing".

Thank you to those Trustees and other Registry volunteers who gave so much personal time and expended so much emotional currency to bring the lawsuit to it's rightful conclusion. Please take the court decision as a confirmation of what a good job you have done all these years. I very much appreciate your efforts. Now we can get back to having fun with our old cars. :D

"Please take the court decision as a confirmation....", Please do!
And ditto C.J.'s comment. Glad this very unnecessary episode
is over!

"The Plaintiff is entitled to inspect the books and records under R.C. 1702.15 but nothing under Civ.R.26 or Title 17 extends to him the right or power to use the information obtained to the detriment of the Defendant".

A wise man once said "The price of liberty is eternal vigilance." Ditto the price of protection under the court's order.

somewhere i heard " it's always better to fight about it " and this maybe lends itself to our situation but it is a reminder to avoid these traps and keep our tempers and the heat down. congratulations but lets not do this again

In the sage words of Bob Campbell, "A pig can sue a ham sandwich". He uttered these words in a conference call more than two and a half years ago. Oh Bob, you were so right.

So, my dear friends, none of us are holding our breath. ..................................Jim.
