Hub Caps?

#1 Post by Richard Wisniewski »

Does anyone have problems with their Hub Caps flying off ?

I have tried all kinds of adjustments to the clips but still have the problem.

Any help and or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Unfortunately I lost one on a vigorous drive (I had walk back to collect it). It has never happen before.

I thought that maybe it was because I had put them back on the opposite wheels (I had both the rear left/right off). I haven't started to look into it yet but I had thought about trying to pull the catches out a bit on the wheel?

Check the size of the clips. VW clips are similar but are not long enough.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.
