Concours quality C steering wheel needed

I met a guy in South Africa who needs a steering wheel as described. I volunteered to help source one. Any assistance would be appreciated.
He currently has a Nardi wheel on the car but the concours judges here want an original wheel. He bought the car with the Nardi wheel on it. That's all he has. He may need the horn assembly as well. Please advise on that also.

Hi Mark - perhaps you already have a lead but, if not, contact Dennis Frick. I recently had the honor of touring his shop during the Hershey weekend and noticed that Dennis has some really high quality stock black wheels. They won't necessarily be cheap, but they will be the best.

Working on a private reply lead now. May need to contact Dennis if it doesn't pan out. The South Arican guy can't believe that I have come up with leads within 24 hours of our phone call. This is a fantastic community. The members make it so. We are so lucky to have a great club.
