Hi Steve,

Feel free to add my T5 'notch #200443 "Marlo" to the list. I posted in here earlier. Still rollin' and turnin' heads.

The serial numbers, 200501, are about the only things that survive. I added them to the registry to see if this car appears again.

200335 is located in Mount Joy, PA. It has been completely restored. I have owned it since 1978.

Two more for the list:

If you look closely you might be able to pick them out.

Hi Steve, I just saw Adams post listing number 201879. That is real close to my Notch - number 201880.
Adam, any history on #201879?

Bruce, sorry no history, it was part of a 50 car deal I did over the summer. There can't be many of the T6 cars left, I've only had one other one.

Here is a previously unreported Notchback survivor. Serial#201717. Originally purchased in Regina Saskatchewan in 1961, my father was the 3rd owner and restored the car which now resides in Kelowna, BC, Canada. It is a 1962 T6 1600s. Cheers!

I am working on a friends 61 VIN 200517 located in Ft. Collins.
He found it in VA slumbering for the last 25 years.
I've rebuilt the mechanical's while local Kurt Rommel is finishing the body and paint.
It was originally Heron grey over black interior.
It will finish in Stone grey over green interior and tan carpet.
Pictures will follow.

Too poor to restore it, but I have done my best to keep it alive for 23 years after inheriting it from my father.

William, your car is 200280 and mine is #200279. My car was originally Royal Blue, and is not painted Ivory, and was built 5.25.61
Also nice that you still have kept this in the family.

Hello to the notchback crowd....I finally got my hands on the notch I have been chasing for almost a year. Unbelievable back and forth deal....I sent a private email to Steve and then realized there are others that would like to know another T-5 Notch has been found. My vin number is 200736, I am not sure yet what motor it is supposed to have. It currently has a 64 C with Solex carbs. The car has disc brakes and a 7K rpm tach, boy thats wishful thinking. The car sat out for 25 years here in Southern California, so it has some rust. It appears to be a pretty clean original car, door gaps look great, just needs some love.....I will post more info as I dig into it, still on the trailer.....Mark....
