Seat back recliner problems

On my '65 C Cab, I am once again having problems with the recliner mechanism for the
passenger seat back. It is now stuck pretty much fully reclined and will not move up. Any suggestions as to why this happens and what is the best fix solution?

To move it more upright again, you might want to fold the seat forward (as if to let someone in the back seat) and then try to pull the reclining lever. It should ideally stuck in a more upright position.
