Another electronic flasher installation question

#1 Post by William Knebel »

Just below and to the right of the flasher socket is a convenient threaded post. The post shows in a posting by John Lewenauer on June 28, 2008. The post is grounded so it is perfect for securing the ground lead from the flasher. Anyone out there know the thread size and pitch of that stud?. It does not seem to be a 6M standard.

The electronic flasher does restore the proper flashing interval, the audible click and the tachometer directional arrows after you install the CuLayer rear LEDs.

I just removed the nut on the stud, put the eye on the wire on the stud and replaced the pre-existing nut. works great.
