I didn't buy it, but I took a photo of this one of a kind doghouse, seen at the Stoddard Swap, anyone buy it?

I missed that. How much? For those who only saw the girl, this appears to be a 912 housing with loops added for spark plug wires.

The old hippie with the Maroon VW Vanagon had it, I think he was right next to you.

Adam,
The fan shroud looks like it came out of the Janis Joplin car!

This was a great find in a car I bought last week, a vintage Registry shirt!

By the time you hang the oil filter and spark coil, etc. on the fan shroud, not much of the girl would be visible.

Oh, I believe they are the ones I misplaced...thanks for finding them, I'll pick them up at the Open House.

There is a nice red A which shows regularly at the Palo Alto and Hillsborough Concours with chrome bumpers. I think they look pretty good, and they are unusual.

How did you mis-place them? Were you changing at the last open house? It's not one of those fancy parties where you need wardrobe changes, not like your NYC parties.

I did solve a mystery with my new Registry shirt. The first time I washed it the shirt shrunk, a lot. It reminded me of the old Harry Pellow videos, where he wore them very tight, I always figured it was the 80's, that was the thing. But I bet it was from the same batch as this one and it got a lot smaller. Mystery solved!

The A Coupe Jerry has was previously owned by Bill Durland. Two past Registry presidents as owners.

Don't forget another possibility--"this is the age of the expanding man"--Steely Dan ("Deacon Blues").
