Throw out bearing type

I have noticed there are a few different bearings on the market for A/BC cars, I would like to replace mine but don't know which one to get, the car is an A with a B motor and 644 transmission, the clutch could be anything in between. Can anyone please help.

My understanding is that you need the earlier "tall" style, as the late "short" style was used only in the C cars. I'll try to get a more concrete answer when I get to work.
