What a bargain...
1957 Porsche Spyder -
- This is NOT a clone car...It is the real deal #57 car made...

- It is not all original now.
The owner is 80 years old now and wants to sell for only $160,000. usd American dollars...
It does have a clean or clear title.

My mechanic who knows the car well thinks I should be asking at least $160,000.00 for it. You probably know that a complete original cost over one million dollars.
He spent a year rebuilding the car to original specs. In some cases better than original.

ONLY $110k! I snatched it up. Sent a box of cash. He said he would take care of the shipping. I am looking out the window for the delivery truck right now. Seems late? You guys snooze, you guys lose.

$110k? I sent him $160k; you're the one who lost. I did wonder why he wanted the funds sent to Nigeria via Western Union, but a deal is a deal!

A little sleuthing via Google shows this guy has a lot of cars "for sale".

https://www.google.com/#hl=en&cp=19&gs_ ... 00&bih=701

Several ads show his first name, city, and state (Oregon) and one ad shows his last name.

We've seen his work before in this thread where he is trying to sell a Speedster that was not his.

Maybe Guido needs to pay him a friendly visit to do a PPI on these cars; or on his kneecaps. Ouch!

That web page now shows:

"This advert has now been removed through sale or otherwise, please see the list below for similar live adverts"

In any case, the ad is obviously a scam.

Which sort of begs the question of who'd want to see "similar" ads?
