Zenith 32NDIX Accelerator pump exhaust valve

Pictures are worth a thousand words. These valves are repairable with a little luck and patience. Mine had deposits in the needle base screw, had to be cleaned out with a pin and WD40 (ultrasonic cleaning did not break it loose). Needle should sit down to its shoulder to be fully open. Seal is NLA but can be made with square o-ring that is close to size from McMaster. Hope these pics help somebody.
