Glass reflectors...Question

I found a couple of original glass rear reflectors in one of my spare parts boxes.

the onl;y problem is that they are cracked.

Question is... Does anybody resore these ?

Are they restorable or are they useless...?

I believe Victor Miles will restore reflectors - he's in Ventura, CA
