some years ago a party by the name of Steve Mondlock (sp.) advertised in the Registry as restoring 356 horn buttons. he did one for me & i thought his work was great. (as some of you may know the cracks and crazing can be sanded out & the piece repolished to look like new) i have a couple of buttons that are just starting to show fine cracks in the center of the crest. these would be easy work, but i can't find my contact info the Steve. anyone know how to contact him? failing that, is anybody else doing this type of restoration these days?
