Upholstery-back rest

#1 Post by Etienne Kerkhoffs »

My original 1958A T2 bench has 4 sewed sections at each side. Unfortunately I haven't got the original back rest. (does anyone else have it in red leather, or other panels to sell?)
Now I'm wondering if the back rest has 4 or 5 sewed sections at each side as I have seen both options in A Coupes?

Thanks, Etienne

Upholstery-back rest

#2 Post by Barry Brisco »

Etienne, in the Members Car Gallery there are photos of my 59 T2
coupe that show the rear seat area. The rear seat upholstery in my
car (and the side panels) is original. Go to this page
http://356registry.com/forum/album_cat. ... &user_id=6 and
scroll down a bit to see the photos. The large view of the particular
image that I think will help you is here:
