Paul, one way to contact a 356Talk member is to use the "Search" link at the top of the page, enter the name of the member in the "Search for Author" box and click "Search". That will lead you to posts they have made. You can then click the "pm" or "email" button associated with their post and contact them directly. I recommend using "email" because that method does not rely on them checking their pm inbox on 356Talk.

This assumes that the members username is the same as the name you know them by. If you're not sure, try a partial match search like:

Joris*

or

*Koning
