Exhaust extensions, T6

#1 Post by Ron Hoff »

I remember this subject awhile back, but a search revealed nothing. So, how do you install the stainless steel tips that are from NLA (bought at the WCH). They have one end which is straight cut and round in shape and the other end is oblong and is 'bevel cut' as best as I can describe it. Help is appreciated here.

Here is what I did. Insert the square end into the bumper guard. Using wood to protect the round tip, apply blunt and brute force until tailpipe is seated. If they are seated properly you can not move them with a casual tug. Mine have been in a few years now so I guess it works. Tom
