Dress Up Wheel Options For 15" Wheels, T-6 B

I have the original painted wheels on my T-6 B and would like to dress them up without having them chrome plated. What options do I have? I have seen wheel "Louvered Rings" but not in a 15" size that snap into place or are secured with screws & nuts. They fit the exposed wheel between the hub cap and wheel rim. They ain't cheap either!! What else is there??
