Stoddard,

#1 Post by Ken Daugherty »

Anybody from the St Louis area going to Stoddard? I may need to have a pair of 911 bumpers transported from Stoddard to the St Louis area. They are big and bulky and I can wrap them in bubble wrap if that will help...
Contact me off line if you can help, thanks!

Actually, if somebody is going to Stoddard, please stop by their customer service department and show them how to return a phone call or an email. I have some parts on back order, sent an email...no response, left 2 voicemails...no response. Stoddard is great when parts are in stock. When parts are backordered I can't get a response from anyone over there. And, since it's happened so often I don't mind pointing out that Maurice Lafond is among those I've emailed and left voicemails for who can't seem figure out how to pick up the phone or hit the "reply" button on their email program. Not only Maurice but also whoever checks their "customer service" email inbox.

Whoever has contacts in Stoddard needs to pass it on to their ownership that their customer service needs some serious attention.

this seems rather unusual. Stoddard Cars has been around for over 30 years
or more with very good service, genuine OEM and very good reproduction
parts. I have always found them quite helpful and professional, and as well
I would say this pretty much applies to all the vendors that advertise and
participate in the Registry. My thanks to all of them...
