Can anyone tell me the size for the F/W? I would like to find a local source if possible.

According to the factory workshop manual, the flywheel hub dimensions are as follows:
Tolerance(new)mm 59.900 - 60.100
Wear limit 59.700

Thanks for the replies guys, on and off line. No local people have the 60mm size in stock so it looks like a Stoddard order. This size isn't common to the American iron and other uses so no one carries it. Oh well......

Ron,
The modern Viton seal have quite a seal range so just doing a light
resurface might be enough. I have also seen these seals seal against
some nasty looking wear grooves. The factory limit for wear is 59.7 mm
(Porsche spec. book) and this is for the old fashion seals.

As a follow-up, we pulled the gland nut and seal last night and found no problems with the mating surfaces. It would seem just a bad seal is causing the seepage, so no speedi-sleeve will be necessary after all. But I learned more, again.
Thanks again listers.
