Looks good; and you don't have to remove the installation flange; it does not interfere with anything, and you might damage the sleeve; so leave it alone.

Finally today I put the new Viton oil seal and the speedi sleeve on the pulley, ran car for 20 minutes in the garage (rainy day) and NO leaks.
Time to celebrate.

The Factory tool, P73, for installing this seal has a .5 mm undercut which results in a correct seal installation depth of .5 mm below the timing cover bore for same--

Either way will work. Just don't install the seal with the face protruding past the timing cover.
