C Steering Stop

C Steering Stop
Noticed that my C does not have the bolts sticking out from the front rotor back plates which act as steering stops. Does any one have an easy method of fashioning a stop without disassembling the front wheel assemblies? Need both sides done. Refering to the bolts in parts diagram 3/8C, no. 27.
