Porsche Engine Lift

If anyone has the 356 engine adapter plate for this type of engine lift I would appreciate a photo and dimensions of which pair of bottom bolts it attaches to. I know there are different plates for 356, 911, 914 and VW perhaps more.

The special tool lift that is shown in the Porsche tool
catalog is for lifting the motor with a crane like device to
place in a stand. For instalation into a car I just use the
plate that is on the jack itself. I like to pad the jack
with a few shop rags not to protect the motor but to give a
little tilt control.

Thanks for the replies, most of them suggested using a car jack which I am familiar with. However, this lift was designed (back then) for the Porsche and VW dealer repair shops and had VW and various Porsche engine mounting adapters. I have the VW one and was interesting in seeing the 356 version before I made my own modifications. This lift raises up and down very precisely and angles the engine for removal and installation. They are not that uncommon.
