Re: metal work
For those guys in the know, tell me, what parts could be salvaged from this car that would be worth $13K plus shipping?

Re: metal work
If it has a title it would be useful to a car thief, maybe even cheap.

Re: metal work
The value is in the chassis, if you wanted to build an outlaw, or a Spoodster, you would have a real 356 chassis with a VIN. I started with a nightmare when I built mine, and replaced almost all the outer metal.Dan Macdonald wrote:For those guys in the know, tell me, what parts could be salvaged from this car that would be worth $13K plus shipping?

Re: metal work
Obviously this car was shoved off a rim of the Grand Canyon. Must have been an expensive helicopter ride back out...

Re: metal work
Jon, that would make it a rust free AZ car! Worth a lot more looks like its sitting on a pristine pallet however.

There's one front brake drum and the steering wheel looks basically sound. That's maybe $2k...Dan Macdonald wrote:For those guys in the know, tell me, what parts could be salvaged from this car that would be worth $13K plus shipping?
