Since those who do know something about the problem are doing nothing to keep hoi poloi informed, I'm starting this thread in order to let all and sundry that you cannot post or open a pic on the site as of 3:45 AM (gmt), 4/27/18.
I will keep bumping this (and encourage others to do so) in the hopes that we might, as members and supporters of the Registry, get some information regarding the issue.
I expect a nasty note regarding this post, but, hey, I'm taking one for the team!
